19th-Century Belgian School Landscape With PondA fine 19th century oil on canvas depicting a tree lined pond with ducks and flora. Its a painting of two halves with our view split between the dense woodland on the right and the light blue sky on the left. The artist has a skilful impressionistic touch and the brushmarks are applied confidently with thick oil paint in areas. We love the way theyve captured the effects of light as it reflects off the water in the foreground. The painting is signed
