The backing is stretchy elastic and will fit a range of sizes. It is super unique and beautiful! Measures: 26" 42" waist, 1 3 4" wide, butterfly measures 4" x 3 1 4" Excellent condition, nice and stretchy. There are a couple of chips in the gold on the edge of the butterfly and some light watermarks on the underside of the belt elastic which is not seen when worn.
