In GREAT shape for its age, this estate piece would make an absolutely amazing display. (Could be carefully worn, too).. FABULOUS~ In bird feathers on velvet and felt base, the feathers are still pretty well intact. Velvet ribbon is in shades of blue and black & a bit of yellow grosgrain ribbon.
