50’s Black Velvet Rose Corsage Wiggle DressThis is a truly incredible vintage late 1950's cocktail dress. It is made of soft cotton velvet in the darkest inky black color with a full taffeta lining. It features a sexy scoop neckline with a double darted hourglass waist, 3 4 sleeves with elbow pleats, and a metal back zipper. The left shoulder is adorned with three dimensional roses that look like the most incredible shoulder corsage as well as a single rose off center along the hemline. It has
