Edwardian White Cotton Eyelet Lace Petticoat Skirt by Hand-MadeThis lovely cotton skirt would have originally been worn as a petticoat, underneath a skirt or dress. It is made from a durable, light to medium weight, finely woven cotton fabric in white. It is a classic design, with a 1. 5 inch width waistband, with a lightly flared skirt. The hem of skirt features a wide pleat, followed by three narrow pleats, and finished with a wide width of ruffled machine made cotton lace. The only other detail to note is the
shown with a small crinoline (not included)
