Due to this being handmade, there's no labels to indicate era this was made but the main fabric feels like a 70's velvet so I would say this is a 70s does 20s style dress. Lace and black velvet on bodice may be even older. Super flattering and intricate yoking throughout. A beautiful fall dress that would work for Halloween or just to wear casually! Would look
