50’s Black Velvet Cocktail Dress

50’s Black Velvet Cocktail Dress1950s Black velvet and taffeta dress. The velvet top is silky soft with a V neckline, drop shoulder and small collar. The skirt is a full circle with painted white vines and velvet flowers. Theres a side, metal zipper and pockets. Good vintage condition, missing a belt, some wear to the velvet. No holes or stains.
