Includes original neoprene case with SD logo. Hodge & Sons (Siskiyou Design) was commissioned to make the Winston Vintage Limited Edition fly reels. What many don't know is that they are still making reels and the quality of these reels is superb! Made in Oregon, USA. Here's their description of this particular model:

Reel seat in downlocking slide band with a large hidden cap and butt

This is serial "005" which is stamped into the foot

The rod features handsome flame tempered cane with a 2 x 2 node spacing

7 ounces with the full line loaded on it

This is a lightly used 1950's era rod and one of the nicest Payne rods I have seen in a while

The reel and spool are both in mint condition

and maroon

"Serial #10" written on the rod shaft

A circle snake guide (the feet almost touch each other) is substituted for a stripper
