Vintage Natural Clamshell - LargeDecorative natural shell with flat, sanded base and uniformly sanded edges. Very rare. Likely a Bear Paw Clam (Hippopus hippopus). Condition: Good small edge chips and natural surface variations. Its previous owner used gold gilding on the edges, most of which has worn away but some remains. Dimensions: 32cm L x 23cm W x 8. 5cm H
