Clearly the writing on the rod is Maxwell's and it features the "Tails and Top Hat logo"
The intermediates are detached from most of that section that hasn't been messed with
On the slow side of medium
a centenary edition of the original 1892 work
Comes with a slightly swelled butt which gives the rod a bit of a quicker action than many earlier Orvis rods
The reel is left hand retrieve and in excellent++ condition
and two extra handle grasps
