Classic Payne dry fly action. Ferrules are size 10 64 and 16 64. Cap and ring reel seat over spanish cedar insert. No issues with the exquisite cane node work, varnish, or the wraps. Original bag, labeled tube, hang tag, and ferrule plugs.
