Hardy Palakona "The Rogue River" Bamboo Rod 10' 7wtFor sale here is a scarce Hardy Palakona "The Rogue River" bamboo rod. Ten feet, three sections with two tips marked for a seven weight line. The rod is completely original and in excellent condition. All sections are full length and straight. Maroon silks with full intermediates. Up locking aluminum reel seat over bakelite. There's a "1" stamped into both males and the female ferrule. Serial number H63388 made in 1965. Complete with ferrule plugs.
For sale here is a 6 1/2 foot impregnated "Scottie" bamboo rod made by Sharpe's
which was a bit lighter than the standard Model 100 that weighed between 3 1/4 - 3 3/8 oz
Bag and tube appear to be original to the rod
