Leonard DF50 Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #6In nearly new condition, this rod is an almost perfect specimen of a classic model 50. Probably made in the late 1960's (1968 1970) this Leonard Red Wrap has no repairs, touch ups, or any other signs of being fished and looks as though it just came from the factory. This DF50 boasts Leonard's famed red wraps, bright hardware, and the classic butternut reel seat. While it's listed as a #6 it also casts a #5 beautifully. This rod comes from the

which chronicles the author's fishing in western Ireland beginning in the 1890's
