Chateau L'Escart "Dexter" VdF Rouge 2022Chateau lEscart was built in 1752 in the village of Saint Loubs, north east of the city of Bordeaux on the Dordogne River. The estate consists of roughly 40 hectares of single vineyards. The average age of the vines here are 43 years old and are planted on fine gravel and clay limestone soil. Through their commitment to the quality of their wines and vines the family converted to biodynamics to ensure the utmost health and stewardship of the land.
