1962 Teisco EP-8 Hollowbody Electric w/Goldfoil Pickups (Vintage Sunburst)A genuine "pawn shop" special that oozes vintage vibes. Made in Japan by Teisco in the early 1960's, the EP 8 has a slim hollow body set to a solid neck with a sharp deep V profile and 628mm scale length. Loaded with the original gold foil pickups that have a perfect vintage tone, it seems to be close to all original and is in good condition for it's age. Plays nicely as it sits (although it would likely love some heavier strings), the switches and

Loaded with the original Fender USA ST-VINTAGE single coils

the truss works well and the neck is straight

Pretty clean for it's age with only a few small signs of wear and some light clouding to the vintage white finish

Delay comes in many different flavors

If you can't find a sound that you like from this thing then you're probably doing it wrong

Loaded with the Tokai SS pickups in the neck and middle positions and a Dimarzio branded single coil in the bridge

the Fender Japan Jazz Bass Special was a hybrid that combined two of Fender's famous bass styles

this one appears to be all original except for maybe a replacement pickguard as this one's got a tan tinge to it
