2021 Colle Ciocco Tempestivo Spoleto DOCThe Spacchetti Family crafted this traditional Umbrian wine from 100% Trebbiano Spoletino fruit harvested the first week of October. Following a cold maceration and soft pressing, the decanted juice was fermented on the lees in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
