A4 Feather Gyotaku Blue and Gold

A4 Feather Gyotaku Blue and GoldA simple feather collected from my garden which is full of wildlife including red squirrels, rabbits, pheasants and hedge hogs. I've always loved printing feathers they make a very effective print and are popular amongst my clients. This one is printed on Chinese Xuan paper and the backing paper is Japanese Masa paper. The ink is acrylic screen printing ink and is blue and gold. The print measures 21cm by 29cm and will be shipped flat and wrapped in

I found this quite a difficult fish to print if I'm honest but this print turned out pretty well

The fish eyes are hand painted after printing
