Fermentation is temperature controlled, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in large oak barrels, then aged in stainless steel on the fine lees for 4 months. The wine shows as straw yellow with greenish tinge color in the glass with classic varietal aroma, and fresh, clean minerality on the finish with hints of peaches and pears.
