Bottled in partnership with The Maple Fix, a Vermont sugaring operation owned by the brother of one of our technicians, VSC Syrup V5 contains the Golden Delicate variety a lighter, sweeter flavor made from the first sap that runs in the spring. Theres a short amount of time when this early sap becomes golden syrup. Afterwards, it shifts to amber.
