2016 Branko Collio Pinot Grigio DOCDescription Specs Igor has handcrafted this wine from 100% estate grown Pinot Gris fruit. The fruit bunches are carefully selected and handpicked. Following temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel, approximately 10% of the wine undergoes maturation in French Oak barriques prior to being reunited with the parent vinification. This wine appears pale yellow in the glass while releasing intense aromas of sundried hay and stone fruits

and white fish
the wine is aged an additional month in the bottle prior to release

The high polyphenol and tannic acid content makes it a perfect candidate for aging
